Birthday Celebrations
Well what a year 2020 has turned out to be. We had a trip scheduled to Bermuda in March and that had to be delayed due to Covid.. so we did a road trip to see Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone. It was a flying trip... a lot of states.. a lot of miles...
We are planning a few more road trips in the future to get all the 50 states... we are getting pretty close.
At all the sites most everyone had on mask... the social distancing was another story... several places we just drove through and didn't get out because of so many people.
***Yellowstone was BEAUTIFUL!!! I was a little disappointed at the lack of animals... I am sure if you are there longer you can see a lot more... we did a FLYING trip.. still BEAUTIFUL. We did not see Old Faithful. We set in line just for the exit for 45 minutes... after seeing all the cars we knew we didn't have time to see it plus there were so many people I didn't feel that comfortable.
***Beartooth was my favorite of the whole trip. BEAUTIFUL!!!!
***Mt Rushmore was very neat... driving to it and seeing it before you enter the park is pretty impressive!!
